Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or prior to shipment, whichever occurs first.
To initiate a cancellation request, kindly contact our customer support team via email.
If your cancellation request qualifies, a complete refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
At this time, we do not allow changes to items or delivery addresses once an order has been placed. You may cancel the order (if it meets the eligibility criteria) and submit a new order instead.
